Welcome Girl!

I’m so glad you’re here. You’re probably wondering WHY I’m offering this free coaching program for women.

I’m here because I believe in you.

I believe in me too, but that wasn’t always the case. There was a point in my life where I didn’t believe in myself at all. In fact, once upon a time I felt hopeless and completely stripped of my power.

My humbling tale makes for a pretty good story. It includes a multimillion-dollar corporate bankruptcy, a midlife crisis, a wake-up call from Oprah Winfrey, a Facebook group that launched an empowerment program (this one), and a chance encounter with Arianna Huffington that reignited my belief in myself.

  • I want to help you reignite your belief in yourself.

  • I want to help you reclaim your spark and develop rock-solid confidence.

  • I want to show you how powerful you are, and teach you to use your energy to make your life what you want it to be.

  • I want to connect you with other women who are using this program to step into their power and go for their dreams. I want you to know each other, support each other, and buy from each other.

I believe empowered women improve the world. We bind families, companies and communities, solve problems using empathy and collaboration, manage a million little details to keep complicated lives chugging along, and fight to make sure our kids stay healthy and safe, have opportunities, and feel loved.

We are the glue. But we are coming unglued.

We’re overwhelmed, overcommitted, burned out, and disconnected from who we were as women before people started telling us what a woman was supposed to be.

We say yes when we mean no, pretend we’re okay when we’re not, keep quiet when we need to speak up, play small to avoid making others uncomfortable, and feel guilty over the trade-offs we have to make to keep it all together.

We doubt ourselves, deny our deepest desires, eat garbage food, numb our feelings, starve ourselves of sleep, and consistently put ourselves last on our own lists, like that’s some kind of badge of honor. (It. Is. Not.)

We compete with each other, nurse petty jealousies, and judge one another’s choices instead of standing in solidarity.

  • You can feel so good in your own skin that you stop comparing yourself to other people, or wondering what anyone thinks of you.

  • You can feel so certain about your own worth and deservingness that you tell the truth about what you think, feel and need … even when that’s a really hard thing to tell.

  • You can feel so successful that the success of another woman will thrill you instead of threaten you. (Can you say WOO-HOO?)

  • You can feel so confident about your ability to handle whatever happens, that you stop wasting time worrying about what might happen.

  • You can connect with a personal mission that motivates you, calls you to use your gifts, fills you with passion, and let’s you use your life. While you’re at it, you can make your own money, and stand on your own two feet.

  • You can birth your dream. Whatever it is. Whether you want to write a book, start your own business, slay a project, catapult your career, get fit, find new love, or rekindle your marriage, YOU ARE A CREATIVE FORCE. You can make almost anything happen.

  • You can use your unique strengths, skills, and life experience to contribute and make a difference. You have a part to play in the scheme of things. You can play it with purpose.

All you have to do is DECIDE. Start with your own life. Begin with your own dreams. I’m here to help. In fact, there are thousands and thousands of us doing our work together now. ☺

They say it takes a village to raise a child. I think it takes one to improve a life as well. We’re building our own empowerment village right here, and you are wanted.

This is a community of women committed to the empowerment of women. Please accept this message as my personal invitation to join us.

Together We’ve Got This!

XO

Kim

This is a free coaching program that will help you get what you want, even if you don’t know what that is right now.

YES! I want IN! NO. I’m okay to go it alone.

Welcome to my life in pictures…

I thought I’d share a few snapshots to introduce myself.

Coach

I’ve been a professional coach for more than 15 years. I specialize in female empowerment, and I’ve spoken to thousands of women around the world. I have more than 12K hours of coaching experience. (Malcom Gladwell would say that makes me a master.) I know a lot about what stops you, and I can help you get out of your own way.

Author & Teacher

Above all things I am a teacher. When I write it’s to help you grow. My first book is called Remodel Your Reality. It gives you a roadmap of life fundamentals from the coaching industry. My second book is in the works now. It’s all about how to use your power, and I’m having a blast with it.

Entrepreneur & Investor

I became a millionaire before I was 30 when I sold my first tech company. Then I started a second company … and it failed in epic fashion. The experience was brutal, but it made me smarter, stronger, braver and bolder. Now I work with female entrepreneurs and leaders to pass my hard won lessons along, and I invest in female founders and socially responsible companies.

Speaker

I lecture on empowerment, engagement, marketing and community culture for organizations internationally. I also teach fundamental wellness principles as a facilitator for Thrive Global, a company founded by the amazing Arianna Huffington.

Science Says

Science makes sense of things, and I like things to make sense. Everything I teach is based on brain science, behavioral psychology and coaching theory. (I didn’t just make this stuff up.) Science will help you understand why you do the things you do, and how to change the things you want to. Who knows, you may fall in love with it too.

Silicon Valley Living

I live in California between the beautiful city of San Francisco and the cozy town of Los Gatos. The vibrancy of The Valley calls forth the best in people, and I count myself lucky to be part of it.

My Love

kim-n-jayI’m 47 years old, and have been happily married to my husband, Jay, for almost 20 years. He is my person.

My Family

kim-n-jayI hit the jackpot when I married Jay, because he gave me four amazing bonus kids Joey, Emma, Becca and Megan. Then Joey married Lauren, and they gave us Payton and Harlow. (Can you see the stars in my eyes?)

I'm A Grandma

kim-fulcher-grandmaThat’s right – I’m a grandma! I’m a gaga one too. Payton and Harlow call me Mimi. To say I’m in love would be the understatement of the century.

Mr. Bogey

kim-bodyAllow me to introduce the four-legged love of my life. He’s my 12-year-old lab. He’s never met a morsel of food he didn’t like, and that has turned him into 100 pounds of wagging love.

Wellness Junkie

selfcare-kimI’m a health nut. Green juice, lemon water, and heavy veggies are my go-to favorites. Where my food comes from matters to me, and the way the animals and earth were treated to make that food matters even more. I love a good exercise endorphin high, and I’m addicted to my Peloton.

Favorite Things

lovetotravelI love nature. My happy place is my garden. I have a book addiction – almost always of the self-help variety. I’ve been known to disappear for a weekend on a Netflix binge. My favorites include The Real Housewives (all of them), Game of Thrones, Lord of the Rings, and Star Wars. I’m a little OCD, and I’ve never met a rule I liked.

My Self Care

kim-meditateIt took me a long time to establish a self-connection practice that worked for me. I’ve got a good routine worked out now. It includes writing in my journal, meditation, working out, enjoying nature, and taking long, hot, heavenly scented baths. I’ll show you how to develop a routine that works for you.

Geek Warning

kim-travel I am a giant goofball. I LOVE laughter and I have a highly inappropriate sense of humor. My favorite cussword begins with F, and I use it (liberally) to relieve stress or make a point. Growth isn’t easy, but it doesn’t have to be heavy either. We’re going to laugh our way through our learning. Together.

Fully Myself

kim-healthWhile I still have much to learn, I’ve done my work. I’m comfortable in my own skin. I’ve defined what matters to me, and I work to direct my energy at only those things. You could say I’ve reached a point in life where I take very little guff from anyone. (Let me tell you, it feels AMAZING.) Hang out with me long enough and you can reach that place too. ☺
