Week Three: Take Time

By September 7, 2014 November 20th, 2014 52 Week Challenge

Last week I challenged you to identify and eradicate at least one time waster in your life. I hope you were able to define and delete at least one thing in your day-to-day reality that was taking your time without contributing to your dreams. This week, I want to challenge you to reclaim some of your newfound time.

One Thing To Think About

The most important moments you will ever invest will be those you carve out to be with yourself. There is a powerful force of knowledge within you, and you must make time to access this wisdom if you want to live the life of your dreams.

You don’t have to set aside huge chunks of time to connect with the force within you. You can tap into your power in as little as ten minutes a day. Ideally, you’ll use the same ten minutes each day; whether you spend a few quiet moments with yourself in the morning over a cup of coffee, sitting quietly on your lunch hour, or writing in your journal before you go to bed at night.

One Question To Answer

What is the best time of day for you to commit ten minutes of quiet time (minimally) five days per week?

One Challenge To Take

Take your calendar out, and schedule those appointments! This single (and simple) challenge might be the most important invitation I give you in the coming weeks.

Make this time for yourself. Don’t worry about how you’ll use it. (Believe me; I have plenty of homework in store for you!) Focus simply on making this time, and you will be well on your way!

Until Next Week,

Kim
