Are you bored, unmotivated, and even a little bit skeptical that you can have what you want in your life?
Are you dreaming of something that you haven’t summoned up the mojo to go for?
Have you been trying to lose the last X pounds for a decade or more?
Are you using willpower to get yourself to a job you hate, or walking through your life like a zombie just making it through each day?
If you answered yes to any of these questions – this blog’s for you.
Where did your oomph go? If you were a motivated person at one time you mourn the loss of this superpower. If you’ve never been motivated, you’re pretty sure you were born without that chromosome. In fact, you’re sort of annoyed by motivated people.
Motivation is defined as the reason or reasons one has for behaving in a particular way. As a coach, I’ve worked with thousands of people over the last decade. I can tell you for certain that everyone is a motivated person deep down inside. Some people just have to look a little deeper than others.
This week in our video coaching session I’m going to give you a 3 step formula that can help you dig around in there and find yours.
Step 1: Know your why. Connect with it daily.
Step 2: Pay attention to your process. The way you get there matters.
Step 3: Focus on forward movement. Daily baby steps add up fast.
I’ll teach you how to master these steps like a pro, and you’ll learn about the 3 P’s of Process. When you incorporate pace, proactivity and pleasure into your day you’ll start to act like those super motivated people you notice around you.
You. Can. Change. Your. Life.
You really can. To do so you need to get clear about what you want, and then you need to go after it. You have mad skills. You are so strong. You have overcome so much in your life. There is nothing that can stop a motivated you.
This week, give our coaching a try. Let me know how it goes by commenting below. I love to hear from you, and it’s always me answering your questions. If you know someone who could use a little motivational lift, pass this on. We all need encouragement and support every once in awhile.
Tell me what you’re thinking, and remember…
You Got This!
